Situated on a terrace facing the Lagorai mountain
range, Tesero is called the center of the Fiemme craftsmanship.
This is expressed in various fields, from artistic
to productive, and is constantly growing; renowned
the musical instruments (organs and pianos), furniture,
doors and windows, sport articles and textiles.
Tesero has always been the artistic and cultural center
of Fiemme as evidenced by its very rich history and
tradition: churches, shrines, sundials, the frescoes
on the old houses.
Worth mentioning the important Alpe di Pampeago ski
area which is part of the ski area Latemar and the
cross-country ski center in Lago di Tesero where the
Nordic Skiing World Championships were held in 1991
and will be held again in 2003.
