Berries.
Strawberries, raspberries, currants. Berries from
South Tyrol are fresh, sweet and full of taste.
The dry climate and the warmth of the sun guarantee
slow maturing and the extraordinary quality which
are grown in integrated production. The berries
are grown at an altitude of 800 to 1600 metres.
Between mid-June and the end of August the fields
between the Martelltal, the Ultental, the Ritten,
the Eisacktal and the Pustertal are dotted with
red berries. Routine controls guarantee that the
berries are grown according to the South Tyrol quality
seal.
