The Aliminusa fief was purchased in 1625 by Gregorio
Bruno, who l0 years later founded a village here
then called Sant'Anna.
An exception to the prevailing regularity is the
Baglio baronale, a 17th c. noble mansion, the centrepiece
of the town regulating its entire layout. Next to
this building is the Chiesa di Sant'Anna (early
19th c.).
